Nursery

Today was Lucy's first day of nursery! Which means for 2 of the 3 hours of church I am kid free (except for the 11 kids in my primary class).

Thankfully, she went in without a problem. She has 3 amazing teachers who held her, played with her, sang to her and taught her. So to all the nursery workers out there, you are amazing!

What else is new with our 18 month old firecracker?
* She loves dogs, the only animal sound she makes is barking
*Words: Mom, Dad, El, dog, no, Patrick (we think)
*She is binky and high chair free
*Lucy loves to ride her bike and scooter . . . which is pretty much me pushing her around on her bike and scooter
*She got her first big girl haircut

Nursery...I just got 2 new ones in (didn't take it as well as Lucy). And another 18 month old is coming next month.

I blew bubbles for like 20 minutes straight trying to keep them distracted last week!

Lucy's new hair cut is so stylin' Sara, you better start going somewhere decent or she's gonna show you up soon:) You know I'm kidding 'cause I love that you are okay with you as you and don't need to prove anything to anybody. And also... that last picture is seriously profess.

Lucy, we love you! How could you possibly be a firecracker when you look so angelic? Nana and Grandpa Joe

We would give just about anything to have that sweet thing in our nursery. We've got 3 calm girls and 16 rowdy boys that could use some fire coming back at them. Not to mention, we would just love to have a bit more of Lucy in our lives.

Praise to the man for nursery! Who knew how much I loved Gospel Doctrine?

Sara,
Hey, cute kids! So Elliot got me thinking about the rodeo when I ran into you guys at DownEast. So, here's the link, let me know...we'd hate to break a great tradition. Maybe Sonntags will even come. LJ http://www.herriman.org/go/files/rodeo.php?mo=2&yr=2008
